You could say that some people found their sewing set and put together two and two to string together the clues faster than others did, right?

So I think this definitely confirms it's a non-nintendo game. Nintendo has only started doing games with patches fairly recently.

I want to say Skyrim or LoZ Oot because it had adirferent types of cartridges with some minor changes. (Not that thier patches but it's fun to guess)
 
This one could be different. Skirmishes could be a definite possibility. The only Nintendo game that I know of to recive a patch is Mario Kart 7.
