She once was a kind princess but once she became queen she got taken over by power and did a bunch of crap to the kingdom to make it look like a tornado just hit plus some cool dark clouds for the background
 
Remember these characters don't have the same backgrounds or origins. Wario would have Scrooge's origins, not his.

Think of it like the Mario characters got together and put on a play.

Anywat I think Toadsworth and E. Gadd should be the charity men collecting for the poor.

Oh and I guess Mona could play Elizabeth, Scrooge's bride to be. Considering she'd be the only female willing to pretend to be in love with Wario! Oh I guess Shokora or the shake princess might work but they are more obscure.
 
I just think it'd be more like a Mario Christmas Carol if the characters felt like who they are/were. That's the reason I like the Brawl in the Family one so much, since the characters haven't really strayed from their personalities much, aside from Mario because he's Scrooge, but he ends up with his cheerful personality in the end, so it's not like they completely changed his character.

You haven't lived :(. My favourite versions are the Muppet one and the one with some bald guy as scrooge and with the present spirit who gets older.
Anyway, I prefer Wario as Scrooge in the ideas listed.

We should have Toad as Scrooge.
Walugi will play Bob Crotchet.
Wario will be tiny Tim or whatever his name was
Bowser will be Mrs Crotchet
Luigi will be the ghost of Christmas past
Luigi will also be the ghost of Christmas present
We'll have Luigi's shadow as the ghost of Christmas future
Peach will play Marley
And Toadsworth will play young toad
