Garchomp and Salamence are in the Uber tier in Smogon, but I hate Garchomp.

I think the best Pokemon is probably Mewtwo. He's bulky enough, has a lot of speed and attack, and has a really diverse movepool.

My favorite? Probably Magnezone or Porygon.
