No more than 194 special attack because the highest special attack should stay to Mega Mewtwo Y.
 
Some of them raise and decrease your pokemon's stats.

Since my Froakie has an Adamant nature, it has an increase in Attack and a decrese in Special Attack.
 
There are 25 natures, two types of them.

  • The 5 neutral natures: these natures don't change the statistics
  • The 20 others natures: they add a 10% bonus to a statistic, but also add a 10% malus to another statistic

So to optimize a Pokémon in battle, you may use a non neutral nature who increases the best stat and decreases the useless one.
