Actually, 5.75/6 would accelerate 475% faster than 1/6.

Am I the only one that, even if it's a small detail, wants the feature that made the name of a nearby racer appear above them like in Mario Kart Wii? I want to know who I have to insult when I'm in second place. I hate not knowing which character is ahead of me.

I almost never play online anymore. Playing offline spares me lag and it's less infuriating.

What's happening to me?

I find online frustrating because of the lag, you think you touched someone with a shell, you see the hit animation but the character doesn't lose any speed.

I don't see any problems with the online mode at all for some reason...

But that might arguably be because it's thousand times better than that of MK7 and I'd take anything but that.

MK7 wasn't too bad for me
I've been disconnected less in 2 years on 7 than in 3 months on 8

Online gaming, I tend to avoid.

I'm like three months late to the party but man this game is fucking amazing. I've only played a few races and one grand prix so far, but I'm waiting until Saturday to really play the game and unlock heaps more stuff
