Your Soul Pokemon

I've decided to create a way of telling someone's soul pokemon. Reply the answers to the following questions in a reply and I will give you your soul pokemon.

Pick a number between 1 and 1000
Pick a number between 0 and 9
Pick a number between 0 and 20
Pick a color from these
Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, White, Grey, Black, Rainbow, Brown, Indigo, Lime, Gold, Bronze, Silver, Pink

And through that and a couple other things, you soul pokemon will be decided. Good luck.

EDIT: If anyone figures out my entire method for finding what pokemon you are (and you can't just keep asking for a new soul pokemon over and over to try and find out), you are an amazingly smart and strangely weird person, as it is extemely obscure.
