Your current mood.

Yeah, they do. It's just, they never see anything wrong and always think it's going to go away. Like, they had my sister deal with 15 years of mental disorder build-up because they thought it was "just a phase".

When I cry, it becomes so difficult I am forced to breathe theough my mouth. My friend Zoe has asthma, and it turned out exactly like this, so it's safe to say I do.

(Turns out, I'm getting an appointment booked tomorrow for this, after I deal with another running practice. Great.

I still don't know why I signed up for cross country at this point.)

I hate running a mile. One time after I ran a mile (nonstop), I basically lost my senses due to extreme fatigue and dizziness

I'm glad I don't have to do this again at college

I have to run a mile (or 1.6km). grah bullshit whyyyy :(

we have to run up and down the grassy hills during practice and my legs got irritated. i know as a fact i'm not allergic to grass, and i'm thinking it's the chemical they use to grow/water/cut it with. grahhhhhhhhhh

I've always hated running.

If I needed to exercise to stay healthy (I don't, I'm a skinny----), fine, just don't make me run, godammit

I'm more on the tubbier side tbh

My mom suggests it's "mild hay fever" which I don't think is true. Hay fever doesn't cut of most of your air supply while running.

Did you tell them the phlegm build up that can hinder your breathing is a legitimate case to see a doctor?

I basically told my mother that phlegm blocking off most of my breathing is not mild hay fever, but she brought it up 5 minutes later.

Just because you had it doesn't mean I do, Mom.

Phlegm build-up while you're running is NOT normal. Even if the case is minor, the doctor can suggest or prescribe medicine that can assist you

I'll try that, but the thing that pisses me off is that she is calling the doctor after I run tomorrow, with a certain chance of it happening but an extremely likely chance of it happening even worse.

Why don't you just take it easy tomorrow and walk when you need to

I feel your health is more important than a grade you get for a single mile run.

Except it's not a grade. It's what I signed up for bc my mom wants me to be more active

yeah i usually walk when needed which is usually a lot
so i also hate track and field for said reasons

Oh I thought it was part of your PE class or something

Yeah Track and Field sounds awful

Especially if you have to do it in the summer >____________>

For three years in a row, I did it on the hottest school day.

Death was a better option

I just pass track and field day. It's terrible.

Now that I'm actually at college, I kinda miss running every other day and doing a mile run every month or so. It was nice.

I mean, I'm not really sure I need the exercise considering I never eat breakfast, skip lunch every now and then, and have to walk a pretty good distance every day to get to class, but running was enjoyable.

Did cross country today. The plehgm didn't liquify because I walked as much as I could. That means 90% of the time and I tricked my way out of 5 or so laps because everyone was done (except for a few stragglers).

Going to the doctors tomorrow. Than goodness

Well different strokes for different folks. My mother for example really loves to run very early in the morning.

Now I hate running AND I hate waking up very early in the morning so I'll run with my mom only if it means I get to eat donuts when we come back home.

Fair enough. As long as you've tried running, it's fine to disregard it.

I personally find that I end up strangely happy after a good mile run. It's tiring, but it's a good tired. Something about releasing endorphins or something? But yeah, it's different from person to person.

Exercising DOES relieve stress, I can't deny that at all. It's just that after I run for a long time, I get irritable and cranky rather than being happy.
