Definitely better than the first trailer.

Finished rewatching The Inrcredible Hulk. Last night I started my rewatch of all Marvel films with Iron Man. One a night until Age of Ultron.

I'm starting tomorrow, hopefully i'll be finished for saturday afternoon
i dont have the dark world on dvd nnnngh

i only have the winter soldier on dvd and i didnt even watch that yet (however ill do that next week before going aou)

rip

i gave up on my marathon after i fell asleep during captain america lol
also age of ultron

non-spoilery thoughts
-scarlet witch is a lot of looks but not much else
-hawkeye is still the man
-quicksilver is so freaking hot it's not even right
-that score tho

-HELICARRIER BITCH
-WAR MACHINE BITCH
-repeat HELICARRIER BITCH for emphasis
-quicksilver was so freaking hot *cries*
-i dont really like the bruce/natasha ship but ok its canon
-that stony reference from natasha though
-where the hell was falcon during that final battle; if war machine made it why didnt he

I saw it it was great but there's one thing I feel the need to address in regards to the whole "who can and can't lift mjolnir" debate.

I'd like to remind everyone that JonTron can not only lift Mjonlir, but he's strong enough to swing it so hard that it breaks on impact. They just need to get him or squirrel girl in the Avengers and Thanos doesn't stand a chance.

this

so much this

spoilers reveal much of the movie, don't open unless you've watched it

if falcon gets inducted into the avengers at the end of the movie, then surely he should have at least helped get the citizens off the city
either have him participate, or don't have him at all, that's my thoughts on the matter
it would have been so cool if he was there as well

also i'm kind of hoping that ultron returns somehow
i mean, he was integrated into the internet, destroying that one body at the end should have done a dent in his subconcious at the very most
if he does come back, make him a hero
he was showing signs of humanity near the end, such as admitting defeat, and even expressing concern for wanda's safety, even if he did inadvertently kill her brother

also i can't have been the only one who got giddy when we saw all four of the current infinity stones

and thanos, oh thanos, you're really ranking your way up my favourite villains list, my friend

i just wonder what will happen to vision once thanos gets all six infinity stones

will he be shut down? or will his power be limited?

as usual, cobie smulders as agent hill is the sexiest character in the thing

scarlet witch is bloody cute, glad she'll be returning

loved hawkeye's whole side story
with his wife and family, really lends perspective to the character, and why he was to leave at the end

ultron was both scary and hilarious, really good villain

funniest moment is when hulk breaks into the fighter jet, and we can't see them, but ultron just lets out "oh for god's sake" and gets chucked from the jet. made me chuckle just thinking about it

and then we have the scary shit
nightmare fuel in thor's mindfuck, what with heimdall being blind and evil and shit

overall very good movie

>expecting ultron to suck
>expecting james spader to suck

i don't know anything about ultron or james spader but those who are more knowledgeable than i am would tell you that you would be very foolish to think either of these would be bad

every MCU villain i've seen before was pretty lame and forgettable (except Loki <3) and I had more-or-less no knowledge of Ultron or James Spader prior to seeing it

b-but redskull, malekith and ronan...

also yeah, james spader is literally fantastic in everything he's in

if you've seen the blacklist, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about

I'd like to talk about a missed opportunity in this movie

In Avengers 1 there was a SHIELD guy playing Galaga when he was supposed to be working, and that foreshadowed the film's climax. In this one, there was a police officer playing Solitaire when he was supposed to be working, when he could have been playing a much more foreshadowy game of
Asteroids

i dont remember for sure but in the comics im pretty sure laura was an alien
doubtful that'll be involved into the movies at all but still lol
well, one of his wives was an alien
hawkeye is sort of a man-whore

must've missed that part

if that's the case, there's always a chance they'll give us the "oh nick fury's not really dead heal-face-turn" thing they did in winter soldier, or even with jarvis in this movie

course i'm probably just being a hopeful bastard, and ultron really is dead, but still it's a nice idea
