Just because you like a game or series doesn't make them better then everyone else and worthy of another rep. StarFox is fine with three.

Yoshi: Kamek is an odd choice, but ok.
Zelda: I like it.
Pokémon: G5 needs some reps, man.
Kirby: I like it.
Star Fox: I don't think it needs 3 reps, but better Wolf than Krystal.
Wario: I like it.
Metroid: I like it.
F-Zero: I like it.
Fire Emblem: I like it.

You know what? Let me just say I like the rest of your roster other than Snake. I'd rather see a Namco rep. I know Pac-Man is most likely, but I'd prefer a Tekken or Soul character.

I don't see Kamek as on odd choice, he's the main antagonist in both games, (Baby) Bowser generally only appears at the end, and I see him as a better choice than the Baby Bros. mainly because all of their moves would have to come from M&L: PiT and maybe some spinoffs. And Kamek's moveset is pretty easy to figure out, mostly magic attacks and as a Final Smash he'd spawn a boss and make it bigger.
 
Updated with Toon Link and changed some artwork. With the exception of the random button, if the character has a white background, they are confirmed.

Updated with Marth's new artwrok, added Rosalina, removed Kamek, got rid of a lot of white space, and fixed logo.

Unfortunately, Snake is looked as one of the few characters that might have the highest chance of being cut. Simply because he's 3rd Party and unlike Sonic who did return, Konami doesn't have the relationship Sega now has with Nintendo. (Sonic's return to Smash should have never been in doubt after the confirmed deal for 3 Nintendo Exclusive Sonic games.).

Though really I think Snake returning depends on Sakurai and less so Nintendo relations. I would like Snake to return, but right now I think he's at a 50% chance, the lowest chance of any Brawl veteran.

So there is a basis for why GP has left Snake out.

You should be asking more why Lucas and Ike is left out but Wolf isn't

A slight bump. This is a good roster, but the images are kind of stretched (doesn't really matter, though).
