Was anyone ever scared by the Smithy boss fight?

I mean, the music, his forms, that dreaded underground background........
Ugh.....
 
I found his first form a lot more annoying than his second form, for one. Both are easy, if tedious, if you give Toadstool the Lazy Shell. Actually, the whole game is a joke after you give her the Lazy Shell.

You're supposed to give Toadstool the Lazy Shell, so she takes less damage.

Mario = Lazy Shell (Weapon)
Peach = Lazy Shell (Armour)
Is that how it goes?
 
When I played through the game I only used the Mega Shirt( Mario) and Courage Shell (Bowser). I never actually used Peach at all because I had Mario, Geno and Bowser overpowered.
 
never really found him scary, odd boss, but thats about as far as that goes.

Agreed. I thought the music from the Smithy battle sounded cool, just try to listen to the bass in background.

I absolutly hate when smithy turns into a tank cause he can one-hit you with magnum.
