i actually think it's just the download speed that's bad, because my parents aren't paying for high upload/download speed (because they don't need it). 64ms ping isn't terribad
 


PNG got slower, but everything else improved. I didn't even change anything from the previous test.

It's funny how that is better than mine but in Country-wide comparison much worse than mine.
 


Now upload got a little slower, but everything else improved. This has led me to believe that my internet speed is whatever the hell it wants

well I didn't know what google fiber was, maybe I should've googled it
