Definitely the Creepers. I never had problems with the other ghosts (except for maybe the Sneakers when I first encountered them).

Creepers and Hiders are annoying, but Creepers take the cake. I usually kill them first. But the part I like about them is the sound they make when they get sucked up.

It's especially hilarious in ScareScraper, where it appears that too much is going on, especially in boss fights.

Probably Sneakers. For some reason they bother me. But Creepers can be annoying too.
