Why is such an objective question always narrowed down to a few poll questions? I think it's because the OP was hoping everyone would agree with him or her the boo is the cutest, and by narrowing it down to these few choices will raise the odds of that happening.
 
Does it really matter if a poll is rigged or not? You can just not vote in it
 
I would say Boos are the cutest, my sister however always said Buzzy Beatles were the cutest.
 
The bomb-ombs from super mario 64 were some of my favorites. Especially the ones that open the cannon for you.

... apparently when this was made I voted for Air Meow, for whatever reason despite them not really being notable in the cute department.

Paper Mario (pre-Sticker Star) Buzzy Beetles, Shy Guys, Goombas, Clubbas and Mimi (if bosses count) are contenders for me. Whacka if he counts as an enemy (he was an unused enemy in Paper Mario I think)
