The thing that concerns me the most is how bad the 3DS stage select is. There's literally only three stages that interest me: Lumiose City, Paper Mario, and the Gameboy. Like, why did they port so many Brawl/Melee stages and why did they have to choose godawful stages like Mushroomy Kingdom, Brinstar, and Jungle Japes? If they wanted to *bleep* out Melee stages, why not actual good stages, like Fourside, Fountain of Dreams, or even Yoshi's Story (N64 stage, I know)? And no new Kirby, DK, or Metroid stage (the Gameboy might actually be the Kirby stage, but I think that's silly for that to be the Kirby stage)? Pretty bad, imo. I hope the Wii U gets a brilliant Kirby and DK stage.

That's not a leak, that's from the Japanese e-shop. The CSS looks bland as hell though and there's still the questionable choice of stuffing Yoshi between the two. I don't think this may be the starting roster though, I don't expect it to be that big in the beginning, especially since I believe that newcomers like Palutena, Robin, and Greninja would have to be unlocked. Seems most of the unlockables are vets, which is stupid.

I'm surprised that Luigi and Pac-Man are default, but it makes sense. Beyond that, this is what I expected.

I agree about the returning stages. At least they chose some of the better stages. Well, except for Mushroomy Kingdom. Why did they not bring back Luigi's Mansion?

I'm hoping for Fountain of Dreams on the Wii U version myself. The oly explanation I can think for why Yoshi is in between the Mario characters is that there could be a character or two not present there that would shift the order around. Like look at Brawl's roster with only some characters unlocked.

True, but if the leaked one with DHD an stuff is the supposed final one (dear god i hope it's not), they don't fix that and Dr. Mario, Dark Pit, and Lucina are thrown into the bottom right corner, which is the supposed clone corner even though Toon Link an Ganondorf is still with the other Zelda reps.

True, but if the leaked one with DHD an stuff is the supposed final one (dear god i hope it's not), they don't fix that and Dr. Mario, Dark Pit, and Lucina are thrown into the bottom right corner, which is the supposed clone corner even though Toon Link an Ganondorf is still with the other Zelda reps.

The roster and video leakers have both stated that more characters will be in the game. Toon Link and (unfortunately) Ganondorf are both semi-clones, so they are placed with their home franchises on the roster. Maybe Sakurai will surprise us with a second moveset for Ganondorf (probably not).

It's simply the fact that it's a complete desecration of the Mario World we all know and love. Why the --- is it in ruins? Why isn't it bright and colorful? At least it's MUCH better with New Super Mario Bros. mod textures AND the stage in the next game.

Actually I mean the NSMB2 stage.

That's not a full scrolling stage. It just scrolls to different areas to mix up the coin aspect of the stage.

Toon Link and Ganondorf were planned though. Doc, Lucina, and Dark Pit were last minute additions.

I personally consider Brawl Toon Link to be more of a clone than Melee Roy but whatever. I'm personally upset by the fact that Shulk is in but he isn't as bad as some of the other inclusions I don't like such as Wii Fit Trainer, Little Mac, Miis, Lucina, and Robin. Though I dislike him more than I dislike Palutena, who is another inclusion I don't like.
