*Neutral Standard & Neutral Nair (Mega Buster): Fires a series of up to 3 circle things. Do 2% each with hardly any Knockback.
*Dash Attack (Top Spin): Spins while moving forward, doing about 7% if all hits connect. Last hit sends them away a little bit.
*Up tilt (Mega Upper): Does a small jump forward with fist out. Has strong Knockback and about 13% damage
*Down Standard (Slide): Slides on the ground while going forward. Does 4% with small Knockback.
Specials:
*Metal Blade: Throws a blade. Slow moving, can be caught, has practically no Knockback, but can be thrown in multiples directions. Must wait a second before being allowed to throw another one.
*Crash Bomb: Moves like the blade, and then sticks like a Gooey Bomb, but explosion is more like Links Bombs in terms of damage and knockback.
*Rush Coil: Exactly like Sonic's up special.
*Leaf Shield: Doesn't do too much, has lots of starting lag and doesn't last for long at all. Only blocks about four weak attacks. Throwing it is also slow with little damage and Knockback.
Also, found this nice list of alternate moves for Mega Man on GameFAQs. Pretty believable.

2. Hyper Bomb <- Throws a bomb(duh), explode on contact and won't bounce like original.
3. Shadow Blade <- Works like the original, disappear when hitting the ground.
Left/Right
2. Ice Slasher <- Freezing projectile, freeze longer with more % on enemy.
3. Danger Wrap <- Bomb that flow slowly to the air, simply explode on contact.
Up
2. Tornado Hold <- Summon a tornado right below Megaman, send him flying up and deals damage.
3. Beat <- Grab Megaman's helm and send him flying upward, can control horizontal movement.
Down
2. Skull Barrier <- Reflect projectile until projected, won't deal damage when not launched.
3. Plant Barrier <- Buffed Leaf Shield with shorter launch range.
