I'd say Trophy Rush, or if you don't wanna spend gold, Target Blast

Target Blast is very ineffective because you're getting one at a time and might not even hit the custom let alone have the chance of getting one (you also get trophies), Smash Run is definitely the better method.

Which badges and customs should I use for my Rosalina if I want to play good like you guys? And do you have any other tips?

Hm, just play a lot of the game. Figure out how every attack works. Practice shielding and dodging. Use your tilts, and use the short hop technique to score aerial moves near the ground.

I think I'm a good player, and I derived most of my practice from extensive playtime. You can fight with better people as well to improve your skills.

As for badges and customs, I'd advise speed and damage-increasing badges, but be advised that speed-increasing badges do limit the amount of Smash Run powers you can carry while defense-increasing badges increase it.
