That's a lot earlier than I was expecting honestly, since I was thinking it was going to be released around the time Fates releases on the 19th.

Still hoping for a Nintendo direct, since I was certain they were going to show them off and reveal the dates then.

same, iirc the smash bros. presentation said 'be able to play as corrin before fire emblem fates releases' so i was expecting like a week before, not two weeks

edit: after watching a few corrin v bayonetta vids, oh my god corrin is so gonna be my new main
that side special and side smash are glorious

Well not really null. We'll still get the general idea of who's on where in the tier list. Characters may change. Hell, characters may even stay there even if they did get tweaks.

I love Ness being high, but man did Olimar take a hit.

I'm surprised Mario is up there this high. I'm glad to see Mario and Ness shine, since Mario's my main and Ness's Baby Luigi's main, so we always root for those two even though Ness had it tough for all previous Smash generations (now for Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf to one day shine...). I thought Mario would be around Luigi's spot or something, but I believe Luigi took a major hit after that update? Dr. Mario's also higher than I expect, so boy are my expectations low for him.

Awhile back.

He is still very much a great character, just not nearly as dominant.

Sheik is now the character everyone bitches and moans about.

Roy is low tier? I thought he was considered pretty good. Same with Lucas.

The DLC characters aren't very well documented, but I think Roy's and Lucas's flaws are the same as their appearance in their original respective games.

Also, it's amusing that Jigglypuff, Ganondorf, and Zelda occupy the last three places, like they were in Brawl. Bottom three losers lol.
