isn't there an age limit to the lottery

because I'm pretty sure the only people old enough here to actually participate in the lottery are 3k, Yami, and maybe Banjo

or am I getting this confused with something else

I don't fart, I hold it in until I explode at age 34 like any normal person

A person's only old if they use the phrase "Why back in my day we didn't have/we had to...and we liked it that way!"
