I believe it was the Leapster's pre-included (?) game.

Other than Leapster games, I think my first game was Pac-Man for the Game Boy. It has Pac-Attack included, and is in color.

NES Pinball!!! Played from my Famicom.

Compared to the Microsoft's pinball (from Windows XP), the NES game still rocks!

But, around the same time, I went to my cousins and they were playing Super Mario Kart (or was it Mario Kart: Super Circuit?) for a bit. I decided to play, too.
EDIT: Wait, no. My very first video game, not Mario game, was a Hannah Montana game for the DS. Don't forget, I was 6.
