Mario Merchandise Sightings - Back To School 2013 - 2014

Hey there, everyone; how's it goin'?

As many of you know, on occasion I've been posting topics in relation to Mario merchanside sightings in relation to Back to School. This season is no different. And we also know that when Mario and the gang are involved in the Back To School materials, it's a very big deal.

This thread is for us to discuss what Mario related Back to School merchanside you have encountered so far so that we'll be in the know regarding what's out there. I'll get this started:

* At my local Toys 'R' Us store, I have encountered:
(1) Two "Super Mario" backpacks for the guys and one "Princess Peach" backpack for the girls

* At one of my local "Wal-Mart" stores, I have encountered a backpack for the guys featuring Mario from Mario Kart 7.

Will make more posts on this thread later as well because the stores in the U.S. are just getting their Back to School sections set up for the consumer onslaught. But if you've encountered anything as well, please don't hesistate to post it here as well. However, the products in question of course MUST be in relation to the 2013 - 2014 school season.

Even so, you should still modify your old post instead of posting again. To clarify, double posting is posting twice in a row. We're not trying to be mean, we just want you to not get in trouble.

Regarding BabyLuigiOnFire's avatar, she has a rotating avatar, but that's not on topic so I shouldn't be talking about it really.

There is a board here called Mindless Junk. You are allowed to double post there (that board is a little more lenient), just not here.

There is a list of rules, too. Check those out if you have any confusion.

Oh, good. There is now a post between this one and my last one, so now I can post. Anyway, the icon I liked was the one of Baby Luigi drawn with crayons, or pencils. I like the 3d model one, too!

Pencils, huh? What did they look like? Were they under the general hand-drawn "Super Mario" campaign that I've been seeing recently or are they in relation to certain recent Mario game installments?

I've seen a few Mario Kart lunchboxes, and it may not be back to school, but there are tonnes of Mario Kart shirts, so I guess for a non-school uniform day.

Hmm... haven't encountered those yet. If they're targeted for this year, I assume it's also targeting the Mario Kart 7 game installment?

I do recall that one or two years back, the lunchboxes were targeting the Mario Kart Wii installment.
