The Hummingbird.

Love them. I went down to Alabama in the fall a few years back and there was a hummingbird feeder with a ton of Hummingbird's circling it, and I actually got one to land on my hand.

I'd go for a Rattlesnake. (because it can eat a lot by injecting venom into the animals and it's like a nocturnal ninja :D)
