Ever made a prank call?

Speaking of 911, there are lots of children here who tend to abuse 112 (112 is what Americans call 911, or British call 999).
 
Yeah, I know. With me in The Netherlands, I just know that people abuse 112 a lot. It sucks. :(
 
One teacher I knew said her son learned the emergency number and said to her "hey mom, I learned what to call if I have an emergency: 991." so my teacher said "what is the number?" "991." So my teacher told him that its 911. 10 minutes later the firemen, cops and an ambulance came to her house. So, her son got into A LOT of trouble and the police said that if he does it again he might go to juvie.
 
Speaking of that, I remember when I was working as a Network Administrator, I discovered how a pupil of a Secondary School was calling 0906-0123 (all 0906 numbers are Porn numbers in NL) for 30 minutes long.
His parents got the bill for just this number: € 24,-. (It was € 0,80 a minute, by then.)

Actually we've changed to 111 now
 
Then stop changing your numbers!
If somebody doesn't know that, and somebody's house got on fire, how the fuck will those heroes come to rescue the person's house?
 
Or just like they do here in NL: Inform people about it on TV and Radio, right before the actual Commercial starts.
