Why is Mario Strikers Charged so dark?

I usually do Wario, Bowser, Donkey Kong or Peach. It depends on who I face, as if I lose to them, I get so ticked off for some reason.

You guys are to NEVER play against me in that game; you would see a side of this BMB that you have never seen before.
