Fun fact (which I believe is true, but don't take my word on it):

If they didn't put certain dyes in Coca-cola, the soda would appear as a green color. I believe it is because of the plant they get it from.

It's reminiscent of basil, fennel, and mint (at least the green shiso is, on which I'm assuming this is based).

Green Cola?
That reminds me to when somebody who used to work at Coca Cola told me how sour pure Cola is.
If you put the sirup for Cola in metal creates, and keep it there, the creates are gone in 3 weeks, because of the sirup.
It's this sour, and that's why they always add so much sugar to it.
