UM, do you have a OneKey restore button on your laptop? One time, I restarted my computer *like normal* then I had issues with my computer starting up and the log in screen took FOREVER after I typed my password in. It would NOT start up, so I restored it and had to download everything all over again; which wasn't a big deal, because I didn't have much on it anyways.
