Your image is broken. I'd suggest using a site other than bulbagarden, the images tend to fluctuate between working and not working.

or save the images and then upload them to imgur, or, for avatars, save the image and upload it from your computer

I don't understand the question.

I accidentally had 1 pic twice in my sig. It's fixed now, so technically it's 2.
