No it doesn't, that's under "Account Related Settings" which only the user can access.

I have seen a great number of poorly Photoshopped images in my time, and I can tell by the pixels that it is a fake.
 
I didn't even Photoshop this, I simply added an arrow.
If you're to jealous to believe me, just tell it, instead of acting like you've got owned.
