I have to confess I'm to blame for this one; I've been making custom trolls for people for my upcoming fanfiction about it.

They chose to make them avatars though; it's not my doing.

Not that I have a problem with it, of course.

Only two of those are really fads, the first and the last one. I have no idea what you're talking about with the 2nd and 3rd.

I think you have to open it in MS paint and make it square, that always seems to work.

Though actually you could probably just upload it and it would be fine.

That doesn't even make sense. That's all just the same thing. They weren't doing it for any specific reason or trying to be just the female characters.
