That's not the point, it's against the rules to double post unless you have a good enough reason, such as updating a story in your thread, or an important topic has died over a month or something. You posted that within a day, which is something that really does call for an edit. If you want to make your edit noticeable, then you simply have to type in large caps EDIT: and then your edit afterwards.
