bold ones are new. haven't actually gotten around to beating conquest yet so that may change next time. swapped a few games around, added a spot for games I haven't played more than two hours of or haven't even started. I also forgot I owned Pullblox so I threw that in there.

Of these, only the top 2 I can honestly say are fantastic games. Mario Kart 7 was fun but forgettable, same with 3D Land and NSMB2. Paper Jam was a missed opportunity IMO. Sticker Star was not only awful, it is completely outclassed by Color Splash on Wii U. Super Mario Maker for 3DS, Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land pale in comparison to their Wii U counterparts as well. So does Smash 3DS but really only graphically.

the same but only one stick (+gyrosensor) also its more episodic sort of i guess

High Tier
Majora's Mask 3D: Such a great Zelda game which now goes back and forth between 2nd and 3rd favorite Zelda depending on my mood. Wish I could've played it first on the N64 years earlier ;v;
Kirby Planet Robobot: Do I EVEN need to say why this is ranked so high LB? :P This nestled it's way into my 2nd favorite Kirby game easily.
A Link Between Worlds: So I was weary of this game at first because it was a sequel to A Link to the Past, but it turns out they took ALTTP and RAN WITH IT in a pretty original way. Congrats Nintendo you made a sequel without rehashing. I wouldn't say it's as good as ALTTP because nostalgia probably, but they did a damn good job.

Mid Tier
Pokemon Sun: Damn Gamefreak you delivered. Congrats. ALSO SALAZZLE.
Kirby Triple Deluxe: Not nearly as good as KPR but still very solid and fun.
Fire Emblem Awakening: It was alright but didn't get as much enjoyment as the earlier titles. Pretty emotional in some places.
Fire Emblem Fates Kongquest: It was alright but didn't get as much enjoyment as the earlier titles. Pretty beautiful in some places.

Low Tier
Fantasy Life: I like the concept and it's a cute game, but I couldn't gotten more out of it than I did plus I jumped on the game a little too late and I coulnd't multiplayer which I was looking forward too.
Ultimate NES Remix: It's not bad per se. It's very NOVEL and I appreciate it for that.
Pokemon Y: The only 3DS game I own and played that I would actually consider bad. Least favorite gen for a reason.

edit: just gonna poke Etrian V in there. I'll place it under Untold 2 for the general lack of difficulty until the finale. That being said, could change when I play it on advanced, but the same can be said for playing U2 on expert. I'll replay Untold soon.

I recommend Super Mario 3D Land, as well as at least one of the Mario & Luigi games (Dream Team's my favorite). New Super Mario Bros. 2 is also worthwhile, even though there are better 2D Mario games out there.

Oh, thanks! My local library has 3D Land, but I just moved here so I guess I will have to get a library card A.S.A.P. A friend lent me Superstar Saga and I liked it, so I'll definitely keep an eye out for Dream Team. (Although what was the deal with Cackletta being such a stupid hard boss? Was that just me?)
