who cares they're pretty lame anyway
As characters or as fighters?

hmm, a bit of both.

i mean i guess wolf is cool but i really dont care about the other two.

especially since ive never liked jiggly ever and link is just... a sad silent protagonist.
Toon Link is better than normal Link (as a fighter). But Jigglypuff definitely sucks.
Looky here, Jigglypuff is just underestimated. Give it a chance, and it's one of the strongest characters in the game.
Maybe in Melee but not in Brawl.
the SmashWiki said:
Jigglypuff is currently ranked 36th on the current Super Smash Bros. Brawl tier list in the low tier, which is an extreme drop from 5th in the Melee tier list, due to several factors. The main such factor is its terrible transition to Brawl's physics (like Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff's comboing ability was more reliant on hitstun than other characters), in addition to its nerfed finishers such as Rest, which instead of KOing under 25% like it did in Melee, it doesn't reliably KO until around 75%, and it being much more difficult to land due to Brawl's less hitstun and falling speed (thus preventing Jigglypuff from comboing into it). In addition to this, Jigglypuff has terrible reach in most of its attacks, one of the worst ground games (a combination of poor reach, slow ground speed, and terrible ground attacks), the worst endurance of any character in Brawl (exacerbated by Brawl's defensive play), most of its attacks being punishable on landing at low percents (combination of low base knockback in its attacks and high ending lag), and poor air to ground transitioning due to its floaty falling speed that prevent it from approaching safely in many match-ups. Such factors combine to result in terrible matchups (Including seven hard counters) and tournament results, in spite of its incredible air mobility, effective aerial game, strong edge guarding game, and possessing one of the best recoveries. As a result of its huge nerf in its strongest traits and terrible transitioning to Brawl, Jigglypuff holds the dubious distinction of having the lowest tier drop.

Now I wanna know all of the character ratings

In tier list order:
SS: Meta Knight
S: Ice Climbers
A+: Olimar, Diddy Kong
A-: Marth, Snake, Falco
B: Pikachu, Zero Suit Samus, Wario
C+: Lucario, King Dedede, Toon Link
C: Wolf, Fox, Mr. Game & Watch, Pit
C-: R.O.B., Peach
D: Kirby, Donkey Kong, Sonic, Ike, Zelda/Sheik, Sheik, Ness, Yoshi
E: Luigi, Pokémon Trainer, Lucas
F: Mario, Samus, Bowser, Captain Falcon, Link, Jigglypuff, Zelda, Ganondorf

How is Ice Climbers on the second tier and Olimar on the third?

Ice Climbers:
They currently rank 2nd on the current tier list, making them the highest-ranking veteran. This is primarily due to their extensive and intricate grab game that can completely shut down opponents once it begins. Professional Ice Climbers players are known to chain grab opponents from 0% to a KO inescapably. The partner mechanism of the character also allows opponents to have to rethink their approach, as one target can easily break combos and chain grabs. The duo also have two decent projectiles, and they are armed with a relatively powerful meteor smash along with one of the largest disjointed up aerials in the game. However, if the partner is KO'd, the leader cannot use special moves correctly and is somewhat helpless during recovery; a lone Ice Climber also has drastically lowered KO potential, especially due to its inability to perform a meteor smash, and is considerably more open to chain grabs and combos. The Ice Climbers, however, overall have relatively good matchups, including multiple favourable matchups against high tier characters, most notably Falco.
Olimar:
Olimar ranks 3rd on the current tier list, putting him in the A+ tier. He has fast and powerful attacks, great match-ups, one of the best damage racking abilities, and amazing camping game; the various types of Pikmin Olimar can use also makes him relatively unpredictable, with the type advantages of each Pikmin allowing for some advantages in some matchups. However, Olimar suffers from one of the worst recoveries in the game, as well as relatively poor approach options, due to his limited air and ground speeds, and susceptibility to juggles and pressure. These disadvantages put him at even matchups against the likes of many characters who can approach in the air effectively, such as Peach and Ness.

too bad its normal type and also weak to fighting.

Plus it wasnt used much anyway due the fact that chansey was far superior when it comes down to defensive measures.

there were also better normal types, such as clefable.

but really it also got its ass kicked anyway by fighting moves and considering that its only good defensive measure typing wise, is ghost.

but hey this is just on memory alone.

also faster pokemon were better then it anyway as the higher the speed stat, which equals a higher crit rate.
