BLOF, you should consider using Fastpass.

And fork up extra cash for rides that barely amuse me? No thanks.
Actually, you don't have to pay extra for Fastpasses. It's just that you usually can't use them until a couple hours after you get them.

I've been to Disneyland, and I didn't have much fun because of my dislike of amusement parks

Why do you dislike amusement parks?

The only thing I hate about them is the long wait for some rides.

Probably hates it the same way I do: spend most of the day waiting in line for a ride that lasts only a few seconds, everything is overpriced, it's freakishly big, it's always too crowded, and it's just not fun.

If you were talking to me, then I meant my situation is the same: it's bigger than where I live.

pretty much this

Well, damn. Looks like Disney is doing away with the Guest Assistance Passes that my dad's been using for the past few years that allow us to get on rides faster. They're now replacing it with something similar to Universal's pass for people with disabilities - a slip that gives you a time to return to the ride later based on the wait time.

I can see why Disney is doing this though, because I've witnessed people abusing them before, and now, apparently, not only are people selling them, but some people are hiring disabled people to come with them to pose as family members so they can get on the ride faster. That's just ridiculous. This will definitely hinder us from going on our usual amount of rides at Disney, but in my opinion, it's for the better, considering the extent people go to to abuse these passes.
