On my 3DS, the screen has small rainbow streaks in it that look like it was spat on, I don't know how to remove them.

I don't have a camera, but it's hard to explain, they look like scratches.

Some 3DS consoles have that problem, apparently. If they are indeed scratches, you can't do anything to get rid of them. You have to either replace the console and hope it doesn't have the problem or get screen protectors to prevent further damage (if what's there is a bearable issue).
