Sorry, I haven't actually played any Yoshi's Island's except for that "new" one that has awful sounding music and sucky bosses.
I figured they were playable in DS since there was more than one, but whatever.

Baby Mario and Baby Luigi have proven themselves fully capable of being competent, thanks to Partners in Time. Seriously, why isn't there a game starring them yet?

They've never been outside spinoffs because "lol they're from RPG's" or something

I haven't gone near that game for months. The song when you first encounter the Yoshi's makes my brain hurt. I mean, it sounds like electronic diarrhea.
A soundtrack is the first sign to a video game quality to me (there are exceptions).

I want a game with the gameplay of SM64 where Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Wario, and Bowser are all playable with different attributes. The villain is new (or maybe Wart) and recruits several villains like Petey, King Boo, Big Bob-Omb, etc to be the bosses. Characters like Daisy, Waluigi, Toadette, Gadd, etc would be helpful NPCs throughout the game.

Well thats never going to happen.

I would definitely go for another 3D game but something along the lines of Super Mario 64 but with Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Peach.

Bowser would just kick Peach right out of her kingdom taking over and his army would be too powerful that he takes over everything, And it's up to the four of then to take it back. I guess throw in Yoshi as an unlockable character. As I typed this up it sounds more like it could make a good RPG, maybe along the lines of a great story like Super Paper Mario?
