I have two friends I game with on a regular basis, and a couple I talk about sci-fi with
my lunch hours are spent playing pokemon, talking about sci-fi, and talking about anime
and none of my rl friends are girls, I feel so left out in rl, but at the same time, I feel like I don`t want to be like them

I'll start. I hate it when developers release an unfinished game, making you pay for the finished thing through DLC and micro transactions! It just makes you feel ripped off, doesn't it? I love how Sega gave us the Yoshi's Island DLC for free, considering that in Australia, we pay $80-$90 for games!

I hate tf2 microtransactions, it ends up being more than if you could just buy a normal gamr in orde to get most of the stuff, and you can buy god weapons, I hate any multiplayer game where you can buy god weaponsGiga12 said:

I hate free-to-play iPhone games. The ONLY major FTP game that I didn't find insulting was Plants vs Zombies 2. But everything else...do I even need to say what's wrong with it? Even Rovio has gotten into the action with Angry Birds GO!. And that game is even worse. Not only does it have microtransactions, it also has SPONSORED BOOSTERS. The boosters you use to get extra speed and stuff? They're sponsored. How much ****ing money do you need, Rovio?
And Candy Crush Saga. What can I say about it. I'll just say it's a glorified slot machine and leave it at that.

You know what bothers me?
When people complain about CoD gamers. Guess what, they probably look at you the same way. They have the same argument. "All you play is Nintendo!" How is this different from you saying all they play is CoD? Let them play what they want.

The difference is that we don't go around attacking CoD gamers. We don't say CoD is for chumps. It's usually us on the defensive. Have you ever seen any other fanbase other than CoD lambast other gamers?
No it doesn't. It's actually supposed to be a satire on reality.

God, I dispise micro-transactions. They basically do this by selling verious items at ridiculous prices. They then make the game more painful to progress without them which tricks you into buying the upgrades. This put me off Plants VS Zombies 2.Giga12 said:

also considering half this thread is ranting and raving about CoD gamers i'm not sure it can all qualify as "on the defensive"

I believe that Killzone series is better than CoD
It have free multiplayer maps DLC and season pass is for 1 more kill spotlight and "zombie mode"
One kid asked that if they will add color blind mode then they added it on update yesterday and HUD changes too
This game season pass is $20 while BF4 and Ghosts have $60

I barely even like nintendo games, I don't hate cod, just prefer games with more plot (like say modern warfare), and I dislike gta series

Hey, I like and respect other games, but fanbases drive me nuts. You tell us that we're in the minority in school who often get abused by these people who think they have that "holier than thou" attitude.
Again, why must I repeat myself: why is it the people with this attitude usually CoD fans? Are other fanbases like this too? I've dealt with these monsters before (was subject of bullying as well) and these experiences were wholly unpleasant.
