Each RPG has to be an independent story because we can't force kids who are new to the game world to read every story Nintendo had written. However, they still can choose some potential characters to join main series if needs, we don't have to think they're different canon (or it's telling Mario fans not to buy these games).Duskull said:Yes, yes you are.
And now back to arguing my point, I only count the main-series as canon. I don't class the RPGs as canon, especially the Paper Mario series, seeing as far as I know, there is no explanation for why they are paper. Spin-offs also aren't canon, I think Bowser would prioritize kidnapping Peach rather than race around in a kart and it'd also be a great place for King Boo to kidnap Mario + Luigi.
In some cases, there are indeed people who just buy for that title name not the content (uh.... Mario Tennis Advanced, for example). But I don't see that RPGs have to be regarded as a different canon since they're based on what the series actually is.Duskull said:I fail to see how saying something isn't canon will make people not buy something.
Ehehehehem!!!!!Hmmmmmmehmmmmmmmehemmmmmmmmmm....MMMMMM!!!!ernesth100 said:I have an idea for the next 3D game called Super Mario: Boo's Origin. It's about the hundreds of koopa's and goomba's mario's killed becoming Boo's.

Unfortunately, yes.ernesth100 said:There have been more horrifying and gruesome games than that kids have played.
