Cold being an issue? Try heat. We had to do a field show and a parade in 113 degree weather one time in full band uniform

Lol, marching in the Indy Parade in Black Uniform. That was fun with 3 members of the band passing out and then when you take off your uniforms your shirt is just soaked.

I don't even think any of you understand this besides clarinetists or Flutists. Just, some of the things we are expected to do...those 32 note runs and those double and triple tonguing sections...
