(i think the anime is better, but besides being animated and having music, they're pretty much the same thing)

it's been awhile since i last read the manga or watched some of the earlier snk episodes, but i do recall a few things from the manga that were cut in the anime (which I guess is true for most anime adaptions, so i'm pretty much just stating the obvious)

i kinda prefer the anime for the animation and all that, but the manga is further into the story and has more time to detail certain events.
