Project M: Haven't played it enough to decide but I'm leaning toward Samus, Charizard, Lucario, Roy, and Snake.
 
If I list multiple characters in the same category, they're in that particular order for how much I actually use them.

SSB: Ness, Kirby

SSBM: Peach, Ness, Jigglypuff

I'm a bit complicated here, but anyways, for Brawl...

My Uberused tier: Ness

My Overused tier: Peach, Lucas

My Underused tier: Kirby, Yoshi, Toon Link

My Rarelyused tier: Luigi, Mario, Pokemon Trainer (I suck with Charizard though lol)

I used to play them but don't anymore tier (I'm still decent with them though): Ice Climbers, Olimar, Wolf

Everyone else... I can't use them Brawl. :p

Project M: Ness, Yoshi

Brawl Minus: Toon Link, Mario, Ness, Peach, Lucas, Zelda, Kirby, Luigi

My modded Brawl: Either Baby Luigi as Nana or Baby Luigi as Olimar

SSBM: It used to be Kirby, until I realized literally every other character was better. Now I use Dr. Mario.

In SSB64 & Melee I played most of the time as Pikachu.

In Brawl (And Project M) however, I main Sonic, Pikachu, Ness, and Luigi.

Don't play very often, but when I do I play as Wolf to try and beat people.

Ike is my main for 4-player matches because of his huge range and knockback.

And I play as Ganondorf when I'm just messing around. I'm actually surprisingly good with him.

That's what the "experts" say, but in my experience he's far superior to Ness and Jigglypuff.
 
Oh don't get me wrong. Ness and Jiggs both suck in brawl. Maybe you're just not as good with them.

Jigglypuff is actually ranked last on the Japanese Brawl Tier List.

I'd also put Ganondorf over Samus (non-Zero Suit). Samus is atrocious.
