This item is helpful for characters who have poor recovery like Ike.

At high percentage, characters begin to give off steam.
Thursday:
Prepare yourself Mario. Ike's eruption is as strong as ever.

The bottom screen for the 3DS version. You can click on a player down there to highlight them on the top screen.
