I added Blue and Yellow Toad because surprisingly I've found them to actually have some fans. Baby Waluigi wasn't a choice, or he would have been on there.
 
Not going to be a party pooper, but I will say that if this was ever going to happen, just note that all the companies that help create the games that the characters are in (and probably have some entitlement rights to the characters) would probably have to be paid for the inclusion of these characters.

Meaning Square Enix, Intelligent Games, Alphadream, etc.

Intelligent Systems is a Nintendo first party developer. AlphaDream is a partner.
 
Yeah, but characters created by AlphaDream and such are still Nintendo property. So, BMB's post is full of billshot.
