Lego Movie didn't have hybrid scenes. The animated scenes and the live-action scenes were separated.

Also, I am not referring to movies that use CGI for special effects.

Again, WALL-E was not hybrid. Yes, it had some live-action, but they were few and displayed on tvs, separate from the rest of the movie.
