is it? i apologize if its annoying, that wasnt my intention. :<

but seriously it just seems like koopalings get like the biggest attention compared to so many other characters.

Like Hypochondriac Mario said, the Koopalings are overrated. If anyone needs more attention, it's Shy Guy.
 
To be fair, Koopa and Paratroopa are both characters in Mario Kart: Double Dash, yet still not considered characters.
 
I would actually like to see Shy Guy appear in more main series games.

I know, they're much better than Goombas and Koopa Troopas. I think Shy Guy has general fan appeal, though.

I agree. It seems that a lot of people hate him just because he's a reskin. Metal Mario does have a few quirks over Mario; he feels like a cockier Mario, with his "Mia Mama", his Mario Kart 7 artwork, and his animations in general.
 
Metal Mario can speak in 64. It's only when he's underwater that he ceases making noise. Even then, if he's falling for a while underwater, he will scream. Or I'm thinking about Super Mario 64 DS. It's Super Smash Bros. you're thinking about.

We need a Cruiserweight and a Lightweight Mario. Besides, Vanish Mario is in Mario Kart Wii. Just erase Mario's model.

Lightweight: Vanish Mario
Middleweight: Mario
Cruiserweight: ???
Heavyweight: Metal Mario

I was thinking Wing Mario for cruiser, but those wings must not add too much weight.
