Technically, I don't think you could call it heated. For one, Ice Mario is part of that tie, so heated is out of the question. For another, the rest of the options bar Fire Mario are not fire-related. Ergo, in a technical fashion what you were implying has been rendered impossible.

Cat Mario is currently my favourite, surprisingly useful, creative and fun to use; never would have thought it when I first saw it. The best classic power-up in my view though is the fire-flower.
