How to use a Wii U Pro Controller on Windows 8.1 without Toshiba Bluetooth Stack

Because I am not sure if it is allowed to post any links to the software here, I will just explain my problem.

Since a while now, I am trying to use my Wii U Pro Controller as a PC gamepad on Windows 8.1. In order to do this, you need the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack because it is the only software that connects to your controller properly. When I still had a Win7 laptop I downloaded the software, it installed flawlessly, and then I could use it. But now the problem seems to be that the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack installer does not at all recognize my built-in bluetooth, nor does Windows want to install the stack because it has a self-signed signature by Toshiba that Windows does not want.

After some hours of following sheer endless tutorials and deleting half of the programs on the computer and my bluetooth device twice (and disabling the driver signature test via Win8 start-up settings), I FINALLY managed to install the Stack.

Here is my problem: When I open the program and want to open a new connection, a window similar to this (only in german) opens.

Does anyone here have any idea how to get this damn thing to work? I have searched for a solution for about a hour now and no website seems to know exactly what to do.

Try running it in compatibility mode.

Doesn't do anything, it keeps telling me to enable Bluetooth, even though because Toshiba effectively deleted and replaced my bluetooth drivers it is on by default.

So I thought the problem might be something with the registry, so I have deinstalled the program, run the registry cleaner of CCleaner, reinstalled the Stack, but it doesn't work either, so that's out of the way.

Okay subject change,

I am now searching for a way to connect this thing without the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack and without this, and I've been as far as that I have somehow managed to manually connect the controller to my normal built-in bluetooth stack.

While Windows DOES recognize that it is a Gamecontroller and even shows the Serial Number (Nintendo RVL-something), I cannot do anything with it. Neither a program specailly written for usage of the wii u pro controller on the pc neither Joy2Key recognized any input i made on the controller itself.

Now I've come across this program (it's free), which emulates a Joystick input to Windows. The only problem is, that I don't know how to properly use it, and Youtube didn't help me either.

So, any ideas people? I am not quite sure what the difference between the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack and the Windows 8.1 built-in is either, as they both cause the controller to rapidly blink while connected (and except for it doesn't work obviously).

Get Wjoy on Mac, it work in 1 minute, yes I'm serious

Are you being silly?
Macs are PCs.

Hey, all Mac models have Bluetooth preinstalled and can be accessed through BootCamp

Most up to date PC have it preinstalled (Windows 8 )

Don't bring that pointless argument again about Mac are PCs

Weird, can you tried for a youtube walkthrough

Pairing PS3 controller is same as to Pro Controller

Well basically the problem is

Wii U Pro Controler DOES communicate with every regular every day bluetooth, but

in order for it to translate into button input correctly, you need to do a lot of shit appearently.

How did you install toshiba bluetooth stack after all these tutorials?

You have to deinstall your original bluetooth stack and change something in the properties of the toshiba stack so that it works with your bluetooth thingy while its installing

thats all i remember

as ive stated before though it doesnt work for me because the toshiba bluetooth stack is not intended to be compatible with non-toshiba computers and my built-in bluetooth isn't recognized.
