i'll accept any role where i'm a dictatorious king, a vengeful fighter, or a fantastic ceo with insane ideas

Siward would fit the second criterium, if you would like.

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

If this is still open I'd be down for this.

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

yes it's still open.

i've just been neglecting this thread because i have a research paper to work on this weekend, so i can't start writing it until about tuesday.

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

So, is this just Macbeth with us, or will there be some twists to the story?

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

This is really clever; mind if I join? It's a Mario play, you'll need a worthless Toad somewhere... :toad:

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

sorry it's been taking so long. i swear to god i'm working on it.

i was originally going to write the story in iambic pentameter, like the real play, but it quickly became an unintelligible mess because apparently i suck at writing in iambic pentameter. so now i must waste even more time rewriting the damn thing in free verse.

to make up for it, i plan on releasing act 1, scenes 1 through 3 in bulk around friday/saturday. things should pick up after my finals are finished next week.

i sincerely apologize for the delay. although then again, as jav said, it is a toad85 fic, so what did you expect? :/

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

lol iambic pentameter would've been hilarious, but this is probably for the best.

Iambic pentameter is such garbage anyways. You can take any word and pronounce some syllables high and low and WOW IT'S SO POETIC NOW OMG

so if tabuu writes the best depictions of me, and toad writes the best depictions of tabuu... clearly i need to write the best depiction of toad

Also this is awesome. When do I get my housecarl too?

Scene 3, which I just need to put the finishing touches on.

Re: Classic Literature Featuring Userpedia: "The Scottish Mario Play"

Speaking of Scene 3

Read, comment, review, whatever you want.

I will be making a primary Userpedia page, possibly later today.
