I haven't watched either of those monstrosities but I've seen "artwork" of them and holy mother of cow do they look awful (especially Problem Solverz)

Nick: Fanboy & Chum-Chum. No need to say any more.
Cartoon Network: I'll just give Problem Solverz a mention. Complete *bleep*, with production values that make Hanna-Barbara look like the pinnacle of good animation.
Disney: Fish Hooks. Awful animation, bad scripts, irritating characters. Really feels like a phoned-in Spongebob rip-off.

"It's for kids" is no excuse to put out a *bleep* product. Even in that age group, there have been plenty of high quality shows that put, say, Barney to shame. Animated shows for "kids" have put out some truly amazing results.
