But Birdo appeared before Yoshi. And Yoshi's all came from Dinosaur Island and were secluded there until Super Mario World. Unless SMB2 was in Dinosaur Island but I am 99.99999999999% sure that is not the case.

Prince Froggy might be a younger Wart. Subcon must be the Dream World version of Yoshi's Island. And the events of Super Mario Bros. 2 started when Mario came in contact with a Fuzzy when staying on Yoshi's Island. It all makes since now!

If I remember character bio's right, in Double Dash it said that Birdo is "Yoshi's girlfriend, or should that be boyfriend."
