Well, knowing how the handheld characters have been selected, there has always been one obsurd character addition (ROB, Honey Queen), so we should expect that.

If the next Mario Kart game is called "Mario Kart 9", I'd be royally pissed.
 
I still don't understand why MK7 wasn't called Mario Kart 3D, and MK8 wasn't Mario Kart U.

Mario Kart 8 was given because the 8 resembles a Mobius loop.

It's still a pathetic excuse for a title, consider that Mario Circuit Wii U is the only track that really takes advantage of the twistiness.

I don't understand why it's called Windows 7

Mario Kart 7 isn't even technically the 7th installment in the series.

Same with Mario Party but at LEAST the nomenclature is a bit more consistent.

Here, they just started calling it by numbers after like, 9 installments or so.

Because even though numbers are lazy, naming games after the consoles they're on is even lazier.

Greatest failed console goes to Virtual Boy, and even then, I suppose they did continue manufacturing consoles after that.

Seriously, Wii U will definitely NOT be Nintendo's final home console. Do you know that the other two companies aren't faring much better than Nintendo, do you?

And did you know that the Wii U is at least outselling the XBox1 and the PSVita. In fact, it is right in the middle of the group.
