What gamecube game should I get?

if there's one gamecube game i'd almost always be happy to play, it's ikaruga. such a fabulous game

it's hard, sure, but even when you're dying the game still looks breathtakingly beautiful

This thread has reminded me of how great the Gamecube is and how bad 3D Player 2004 is.

We should have a thread dedicated to games 3D Player hates, maybe he will realize how many of us do like these games and what he has been missing.

I sometimes wonder do people still play games on their GameCube? I sure do so I won't corrupt my Memory card again when switching it to the Wii and back to the GameCube.

If my dog hadn't nommed the disk I would be using it for the gameboy player.

Spongebob: Battle of Bikini Bottom is also a great game

This is definitely the best Spongebob PS2/GCN/XBOX game. It still isn't good. Also I will make a list of what to get:

Mario Party 5
Mario Party 6
Mario Party 7

those are the must haves.

You're seriously going to say that a pair of perfectly good platformers are bad, and then maintain that the top 3 games on the system are all party games?

Those 3 games were what made the system a system I deemed worth getting myself. Heck, Mario Party 7 could have done it alone.

They were great games, Mainly 6 and 7 but according to Wikipedia, Melee, Mario Kart and Sunshine were the top selling games for the Gamecube. Mario Party 4 came before the 3 you mentioned
